The history behind this site

This site started out as part of a university course in Webdesign and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). When faced with the task of selecting a theme for my site I eventually decided on building as site describing beaches on the wonderful island of Samos, an island that I currently have visited five times.

The beaches currently presented on the site are those I so far have visited, I am planning further visits to Samos and will eventually add more beaches.

Some information about me. I am from Sweden, 40 years of age and works as a systems developer building web based applications. Interests besides travelling include weight training and chess.
